Personalized Spam Management (PSM) is a unique easy-to-use feature. It provides appropriate levels of email filters to all users within the corporate heirarchy.
One of Europa's missions is to promote user-friendliess. Europa adds PSM icons into each filtered email. With a single click of an icon, user can black/whitelist a sender. Europa also provides an Outlook plugin to let users black/whitelist with a right mouse click.
